These bikes are not only fun to ride on the trails and fire roads but are a hoot on the technical asphalt twisties like the Dragon.

                                                                   Kawasaki KLR 650

The KLR 650 is considered the Swiss Army Knife of motorcycles. It has been the favorite bike for around the world travelers for years. Comfortable seating position ,good wind protection, and large fuel tank make all day rides on and off highway a breeze. We have two KLR's available that have been lowered 1.5"

                                                                    Suzuki DR 650, 

The Suzuki DR 650 is a little more off road oriented than the KLR. Its lighter weight combined with better suspension makes it a little easier to handle in the loose stuff. The payoff is less wind protection and not as much fuel range.

                                                                      Suzuki DR 200

The Suzuki DR 200 is a great bike for those with no experience riding on unpaved roads or for the smaller rider as it is considerably lighter and has a lower seat height than the 650's. It is more than capable of highway speeds between trails, yet gets 100 mpg.

Kawasaki KLX 250 S

The Kawasaki KLX250S is great for the rider who wants to ride the more technical stuff.  With its  fully adjustable suspension, including compression and rebound damping both front and rear,  high revving race derived engine, all in a light weight package.

Yamaha WR 250 R

Like the KLX 250, the Yamaha WR250R has fully adjustable suspension, great  racing derived engine with fuel injection, full digital instrumentation.  Both of these bikes are an absolute blast to ride.

All our bikes are late model, low mileage machines that go through a rigorous safety check before each rental, we guarantee our bikes.

For a small additional fee, two of the 650's have aluminum panniers available - handy if your trip includes camping.

We have a couple of bikes that have been lowered for the inseam challenged rider.

NOTE: For rentals out of our Terlingua location please add $20 to single day and $10 for each day on multi-day rentals to below prices.  SPOT Satellite locator devices included with rentals in Big Bend. 

A Collision Damage Waiver is available for an additional $8 per day to max. of $35 per week. CDW has a $1000 deductible, does not cover theft, vandalism, act of nature, or fire.

YAMAHA SUPER TENERE 

Our Super Tenere has been outfitted by the fine folks at Twisted Throttle with all the accessories you need for traveling on road or off. Includes SW-Motech Trax panniers and top case, electrified tank bag, crash bars, bash plate, taller windscreen, and more.

Above prices include all taxes, mandatory Liability Ins., and 250 miles per day.  There is a 45 cents per mile charge over daily limit. 

25 year minimum age, 2 years min. riding experience. $2000 deposit required. A Collision Damage Waiver is available for an additional $16 per day or $70 max per week, with a $1000 deductible, this does not cover theft, vandalism, act of nature, or fire

• Reservations are preferred as bikes are issued on a first come first served basis.
• Motorcycles are delivered full of fuel and are expected to be full upon return.
• One day rental is considered 24 hours.
• At check in a $1000 deposit in the form of cash, check, or major credit card is required and credited back on completion of rental: less any vehicle damage.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PLAN (included with rental)

• If you experience a mechanical failure during your rental we will come to you to repair or replace bike if necessary. Mechanical failure is any problem with bike caused by normal usage, it does not include flat tires, broken levers caused by tip over, or any other issue caused by the renters operation or due to possession of bike.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be at least 23 years of age with a minimum of 2 years riding experience with similar size or larger motorcycles.
2. Must be able to demonstrate safe and proper operation of the bike.
3. Valid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement.
4. Non US residents must have valid international driving permit for motorcycle operation.
5. DOT approved helmet required. (available for rent).
6. We highly recommend proper riding apparel, including boots, gloves, riding pants and jacket.
7. Eye protection required.
8. Valid credit card.

$25 per bike per day unless cancelled 7 days or more before pickup date
